We are a 3rd generation family-run, Austin-based Commercial and Municipal builder. The Owners are always involved, which means your project gets the attention it deserves, and decisions are made quickly. G. Creek was incorporated in 1992, but our family has been successfully building Central Texas since the 1950’s.
We partner with project owners, design teams, and subcontractors to create an environment where honesty and communication are strongly valued. Our goal is to deliver a project on time and on budget, while building and maintaining a long-term relationship to help you meet your goals.
G. Creek divides its work between the private sector (tenant improvement, restaurants, breweries, offices, medical and ground up) and the public sector (parks, government buildings, utilities, etc.).
We’re more than just a builder. G. Creek offers many other related services from pre-construction and design to property maintenance.
While we have long standing relationships with Austin’s strong subcontractor base, we also have equipment and 20+ field employees to maintain the project timelines, fill in gaps, and to help owners reach their goals. Our operations are fully insured and bonded up to $15 million per single project.

It was a benefit that G Creek took a proactive role in the process of permitting, inspection reports, material testing and project status reports to all concerned citizen boards. In this respect, the Contractor, (Matt Haralson-Principal in charge) went above and beyond the normal responsibilities of their contract.
