TXU Switch Building at La Frontera New switch building for TXU communications at La Frontera. Includes excavation, pad, slab, underground electric, framing, roofing, masonry, windows/doors, landscaping and other misc. items.
Dr. Scott Franklin’s Pediatric Orthodontic Clinic Remodel Addition and renovation of operation pediatric orthodontic clinic. All work done after hours. Work consisted of demo, MEP, medical gas, structural framing, granite counters, dental chairs, kitchen area, and other finishes.
Rattan Creek Pool Improvements Demo and removal of pool coping, 10,000 s.f. of concrete decking, and 1’ of fill underneath decking. Work included new fill, concrete decking, poured in place concrete coping, pool tile repairs, new pool signage & equipment, fencing, and other misc. items.
