Doubling the size of an existing 1000 sf restaurant. Includes demolition,moved kitchen, added new grease trap, new plumbing, new bathrooms, electrical, new ceiling grid and tile, quarry tile in kitchen, freezers, hood system, HVAC, new dining room, etc. Job completed in 13 days.

This project consisted of a new 2000 s.f. pavilion, sidewalks, new skate roller hockey rink, fencing, park lighting, utilities and earthwork.

Converting a 3000 s.f. telemarketers office into a preschool. Work included demolition, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, new walls and ramps, doors & windows, Carpet (made from donated samples), exterior siding, green building and ADA modifications, painting, and new playground. The building was given a 1 star rating by the Austin Energy Green Building Program.
