Demo and removal of pool coping, 10,000 s.f. of concrete decking, and 1’ of fill underneath decking. Work included new fill, concrete decking, poured in place concrete coping, pool tile repairs, new pool signage & equipment, fencing, and other misc. items.

Work included selective demolition, MEP, tile, carpet, windows and doors, and miscellaneous exterior work.

The project consisted adding curved walls and other misc. walls, new doors, electric, HVAC, and custom cabinets and steel shelving.
