G Creek was instrumental in the permitting process and dealing with many of the issues regarding the existing building conditions and new requirements for construction for the remodel. He effectively worked with structural, mechanical and electrical engineers navigating the many unknowns that come up in an extensive remodel project. The project required a high amount of careful scheduling and phasing to work around the doctors who continued to practice in the building as the remodel and addition were taking place.
Medical and dental office construction requires a high level of attention to detail, coordination and supervision during construction. G Creek delivered all these aspects to the project and more.
