Scope:
Renovation of building into the first Ferrari dealership in Austin. Included a new storefront, signage, new floors, ceiling repairs, roofing and flashing, masonry patching, painting, flooring, tile, overhead doors, upgraded bathrooms, specialty lighting, and MEP.
