Scope:
Initial tenant finish-out of 2,200 sf space at the Domain in Austin, Texas. Included concrete, new walls and ceilings, imported cabinetry, cut stone flooring, fire sprinkler, MEP, 1000# glass panels at changing areas, storefront, and installing owner-provided fixtures.
