Scope:
1,600 sf initial tenant finish-out of a coffee shop in the corner street side spot of the Four Seasons Residences. Scope included concrete, framing, drywall, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, welded seam kitchen flooring, painting, setting of fixtures, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
