Scope:

Additions and renovations to existing building on West 6th Street. Added 3-story exterior staircase, two new exterior bathrooms, and 1,500 sf Ipe wood deck and patio. Also added new interior ADA bathroom, stairs and hallway, converted 2nd & 3rd floor offices into dining areas, plus serving area renovations, while the restaurant remained open. Rear brick patio and fountain were removed and new concrete patio and drainage system was installed.
